Thank you for taking the time to complete feedback for us. I am very sorry to hear of the misunderstanding regarding the use of the 76mm flexible pipework you recently ordered from ourselves. Although we always recommend that Jubilee Clips are used to secure flexible pipework, we have not included this advice within the flexible pipework product page of our website. To help other customers avoid this misunderstanding we will be changing our website to include our recommendations for the use of clips whenever flexible pipework is used. Thank you for taking the time to respond to our feedback request. Please accept my unreserved apologies. Due to the size of the preformed pond that was ordered (1.85m x 1.25m), we are only offer a 2 man delivery service which takes 7 - 10 days, as there are very few carriers are able (or willing) to offer deliver services for items of this size. Unfortunately the carrier we used to deliver your pond failed to deliver on the date we agreed with yourself, due to a failure in the transfer of the product from their central hub to your local delivery depot. Although we dispatch your pond in good time, I would like to apologise for our carriers performance and assure you that we have already asked for this failure to be fully investigated. I hope your new pond bring you lots of pleasure in the years to come and should you require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. I fully accept this was a fault of the courier! And I do apologise for the error! Alls well that ends well. I have now received my items and I am fully satisfied thank you! However as the courier service was the one that let you down maybe you need to have words with them!

Thank you for your feed back regarding the two plants recently ordered from ourselves. I would like to apologies for the delay in sending these plants, which I understand have now been dispatched and delivered. During the early part of the season we sometimes list plants within our website based on our suppliers forecasted delivery dates. Normally this works well, however in his particular case both of the plants you ordered were not delivered to us on time as they had not reached our minimum acceptable quality standards.
