Sorry, I clicked the wrong star! The service was excellent and I thought the star on the left was for five stars, which was my intention. Please give my apologies to Voyager from whom I have excellent service for 17 years now. I think I have corrected my mistake but, if not, please do so on my behalf and give Voyager FIVE stars.

We are sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with purchasing your policy.
There are a couple of options available to you, that may resolve your situation.
I can see from the travel dates on your policy, that your cover has not actually started yet. It may be possible for us to adjust the travel dates on your policy to meet your needs.
Alternatively, you are within the 14 days 'cooling off' period, which means that you are entitled to a refund if you are not happy with your purchase.
If you would like to discuss these options with us further, our Customer Services Team will be happy to help!
