Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very sorry you found us to provide a below average service. We have fully investigated the journey, listened to all calls and information gathered. The quote did have to be amended at one point due to the adviser's error and they failed to inform you that both applicants needed to be on the call in this instance due to the type of account. We fully acknowledge after listening to calls that your adviser did not provide a service that is up to our usual standards and expectations. I want to assure that we take all feedback seriously and expect all our advisers to provide an excellent customer service every time. The adviser will be fed back everything, and appropriate training/coaching will be delivered and monitored. We embrace the opportunity to discuss this in more detail should you wish, and we are happy to call you to have a discussion. We do appreciate it if you prefer not to.
