The lady on the end of the phone line was very helpful and called back asap . Then took my booking for me. The service was very good and friendly voice made the experience worth while.

Customer service rep. very helpful. Tickets for the sailing had only just been released to the public. Service rep. sorted out our requirements very efficiently.
