Attention to detail and the personal touch through the phone call confirming the booking.

Cheerful, knowledgeable woman on the phone sorted everything out in seconds after I had fluffed a step in attempting to book on the website. A moment of irritation at the functionality of the site...

Deborah was extremely helpful, organising extra cot and bed, transfers to the villa. Replied to my emails within minutes. First time I have booked with them and hopefully I will be using them again.
