I can only rate this regarding treatment for a cat. My cat’s vet always prescribes them for him for sickness with his pancreatitis and he has half a tablet (8 mg) a day. They really help.

Necessary in the first aid kit! Always check the gauge for the site and product you’re injecting. Too big and it will hurt. Too small and it won’t penetrate the structure easily.
