At the moment, we’re not able to cover return shipping fees for overseas customers. We’re now able to offer a flat‑rate return postage fee of approximately $19.95 for customers in the US. This helps simplify the process and allows us to automatically refund items sooner, before they reach our UK warehouse. That said, this flat‑rate service is completely optional, and you are welcome to return your items using a courier of your choice if this is a more cost effective option.
