Hi there,
Sincere apologies with the overcharge.
It was an innocent oversight by the consultant, due to the order amendment, in which case they neglected to mark the order with free shipping. The customer Service team has already taken steps to refund the shipping value and they’ll be in touch via email with you. Alternatively, please get in touch with us at https://www.universalfans.com.au/contact-us/
Regards,
The team at Universal Fans

Their showroom holds a great variety of products to choose from. Also their service was excellent and advice on which products to use for my project was made a lot easier.
