I’m sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with your purchase and understand that this would be very disappointing. The level of noise and lack of effectiveness is unusual and as a result our staff would have referred you to the supplier as they have advanced technical knowledge of the products and would be able to assist in identifying why it would be performing in such a way. After reading this review I have contacted the manufacturer on your behalf and was informed that when you had initially called them they asked if photos could be taken of the installation to identify the problem and determine the best solution. However, they have not yet received these images. If you would prefer you can send the images to us directly and we can liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve this matter for you.
Dealing with Adrian at universal fans is great, he's really knowledgeable and helpful with all my enquiries, these guys hold better products than most of the electrical wholesalers and they are off...
