Very unwelcoming place - I had to ask for attention as he was clearly more interested in his computer screen. I also had to try and think of questions to make I got the right fans - ended up getting...

We’ve spoken to the staff member who served you and it sounds as though he was finishing off an enquiry when you arrived. We understand that you would have appreciated more prompts to help you choose a fan, and this is something we will try to improve on in the future, including actively encouraging customers to try out the fans including the lights to see how bright they are. Sales Manager by the name of Maya was fantastic.
After I submitted my order (Ref UFR10044) I realized that product size I ordered may be wrong....I then emailed the generic site, & Maya got straight...
Great fan, Quite, looks great, moves a lot of air. Very happy.
Considering getting another 1 or 2 for other rooms in the house.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. I'm not sure which literature you're referring to, although this fan is suitable for large areas, we don't advertise it as being suitable for a 12m x 5m area. We also couldn't find any literature published by the manufacturer suggesting this either. Generally speaking an area this size would need more than one fan for cooling.
