Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you found the return process difficult. We pride ourselves on being specialists in the field, and getting it ‘right the first time’ to avoid the returns process altogether! We do this by providing as much help and advice as we possibly can. We do however rely on the information our customers provide and we know that sometimes, things happen and whilst our change of mind returns process goes above our obligations within Australian Consumer law, we do have some conditions such as the returns requests being in writing and within 14 days of purchase (except for warranty claims). Afterall, the idea behind our change of minds returns process is for it to be a quick fix for any quickly notes errors such as: clicking on the wrong product, size or colour, and quickly realising upon receipt of the carton(s) and noting the details being incorrect on the actual carton(s). However despite your request being outside of our accepted timeframe, we offered you an exception and tried to assist by way of a credit to put towards new fans and based on the information we had, we thought this would be a great option for you. Once we had more information, we made an additional exception to our returns policy and provided you a full refund.
