Communication was good until delivery.
At delivery I was not asked to sign for the goods.
Goods are partially damaged. I will have to repair prior to installing for my client

Hi there, We're very sorry that the goods were damaged, but thanks for letting us know. As well as your rights under consumer law, the SAV30 is covered by a 10-year warranty, and we would encourage you to raise a claim by emailing service@universalfans.com.au. Regarding the signature, like most freight carriers, our courier has had to implement new procedures in response to COVID-19. These procedures include minimising contact between the driver and the customer. We know that this is unusual, but everyone involved is doing their best under the circumstances. I found buying from Universal fans very easy. The product was easy to order, it was delivered very promptly and was easy to install.
