Hi there, thanks for your lovely feedback about our service, but we’re disappointed to hear that you’re not happy with the product. If installed correctly and operating correctly, the city moves over 11,000 m3/hr of air. This is enough to qualify as above average airflow, but of course, it’s possible that the fan you replaced was stronger – there are plenty of fans out there that move quite a lot of air. The first thing we would suggest is just to double check that the fan is not running in reverse. If this does not resolve the issue, please email service@universalfans.com.au for advice on how to lodge a warranty claim.

The service was prompt. We received our order quite quickly. There were some items which we thought were missing but they arrived in a seperate parcel.
great communication and super fast delivery. competitive pricing, highly reccommned.
