Delivery time was super quick but instead of getting a white light to go with the white fan we received a black fan.

Although our administration and warehouse staff have generally adapted incredibly well, it sounds like they’ve made a mistake in your case. Recieving the Fans was good. Having them installed is another matter. I prepaid for the installation but the earliest "tentative" date for installation is 18th December

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We certainly understand that it’s frustrating to receive your fans only to have to wait for an electrician before you install them, however as you can understand there is a huge demand for tradespeople in the lead up to Christmas - especially this year. Under the circumstances, a two week timeframe seems fairly reasonable. You’re more than welcome to try and see if you can source an electrician to install quicker than this timeframe, and we’d be happy to liaise with the installation partners should you be lucky, so please let us know by emailing service@universalfans.com.au
Geoff at Universal Fans was very helpful when it came to selecting fans for living and bedroom areas, and listening to me to know that t-hooks were required when fan is installed in a ceiling rose.
