Good morning Jin Lui, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear you are not pleased with your recent experience. I can see the order placed was for a product advertised as unwrapped and lid damaged. This reflect the lower price point in which we sell these goods. All of the contents of the goods are untouched and only cosmetic damage to the outer packaging as advertised.
