Thank you for your review, your parcel was misplaced by the courier and arrangements were made with you for a morning delivery on the Monday 13th July. The couriers tracking system shows that the goods were signed for at 9.38am this morning (13th July).

I have investigated your case with our customer service department and as far as I understand it customer service was in constant contact with you after the parcel went missing and then resent a replacement just as soon as the courier confirmed it had not been delivered, we endeavor to ensure our logistics department only ever use national reputable couriers I understand your consignment was sent using Interlink who are usually very efficient with their delivery and customer care.
