A timetable is displayed throughout the week near the sign in area so that the daily schedules can be seen upon arrival, but we will work hard to improve the daily communication for next time so that you are informed as to what your son took part in and enjoyed during the day.Best wishes,Ultimate Activity Camps

Further to the above, we wanted to share an update having raised your feedback with the wider team here in Head Office.In previous seasons, parents and guardians of children in our Juniors groups have been able to sign in/out directly with our Early Years staff, which allows for daily updates and feedback, as well as the opportunity to access the timetable and discuss any additional details. Unfortunately, with the additional CoVID measures in place, we were only able to operate one centralised drop off/collection desk in October, and our Early Years staff were required to stay with their bubble at all times (and not attend the sign in/out area as usual). Therefore, the member of staff on duty at the desk (usually the Camp Manager) would have been less able to give specific feedback about each child. Our Operations Team are working hard ahead of next season to see what we can to do to improve this element of camp while still adhering to the CoVID guidance for our settings.
