Thank you for your time on replying on FeeFo, I see that the order got dispatched late Friday which I am please about, but unfortunately the item got misrouted to the wrong depot by the carriers, so with this in mind your delivery was 24hrs delayed. This can happen in the carrier industry from time to time, it doesn't happen often luckily but sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
