Many thanks for your feedback on our delivery charges to Northern Ireland. We are interested to hear customers opinions on our products and service to aid our continual improvement. With regards to delivery charges, we do check the market place on a regular basis to ensure we are getting the best rates with our courier company. Unfortunately costs are based on a minimum weight despatched and therefore it is likely that a higher amount of products could be sent to you for the same price, making it more cost effective. As an alternative, we are more than happy for you to arrange for items to be collected from us. We have many customers who choose to collect items which works very well for them. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately if damages are reported outside of our 24 hour claim period we are unable to make a claim with our courier company. We stringently check items prior to despatch and always ensure that goods are well packaged to avoid damages. However due to the fragile nature of our products occasionally damages do happen in transit and our policy means that we can replace items if problems are reported quickly.
