I thought Michelle was amazing in the booking/planning service, but the Exo ground crew lacked the same polish and unfortunately did not meet our expectations.

Many thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback. We were shocked and upset to hear of your disappointment with The Slate and in particular your experience on the beach. As I am pleased you know from previous Turquoise Holiday experiences, we take great pride in our first hand knowledge and invest heavily in ensuring the team travel to all our destinations in order to make sure they can match each and every client with the perfect holiday destination. However, despite this being the first negative feedback we have received about The Slate after many years working together, please rest assured that we take all feedback very seriously we will be investigating further with the hotel directly and updating the team internally. As a small tour operator we put a lot of effort and love into our customer service and we are sorry you did not feel this was up to scratch this time. I am glad you enjoyed your stay at The Banyan Tree and Elephant Hills and we will be in touch directly once we have looked into the issues at The Slate further.
