Had no problem with Triton but was disappointed with delivery service. I paid for next day delivery but didn't receive item until a day later than expected.

value for money

It was a pleasure to find a near obsolete shower unit i was after for my narrowboat listed in Triton's special offers.I saved a fortune compared to having to buy the spare parts.

well the shower great but wen i 1st got it i noticed the box had holes in it like it had bin thrown around wen i opened box the shower luk like it had bin thrown in the box the shower unit didnt have...

Thank you for your recent enquiry. Units supplied would usually be packed in respective packaging for the product with the cardboard inner sleeve holding the unit secure so your report is a little unusual. Regards, Karl.

all i got was a, 0lain cardboard box yes it had an inner sleeve but the shower unit wasnt fitted into properly an the front was loose wif scratches on it i was surprised by this cos i always believed triton was a really great company i dont no if it was packed properly but wen the courier got it it luks like it has holes in the box an luks like its had other packages on top of it i no thats beyond ur control but id surgest u talk to them an say to to take a bit more care over ur products its cos i needed a shower that i didnt make mire of an issue of it but jus in case talk to ur packers an ask them to make sure the shower units have protective coverin at n packed in the boxes an secured somehow thats all i can really surgest to do
