Zero customer service, Zero value, Zero quality

Triton sent me a incomplete non functioning digital shower controller, it was also approximately 75% of the price I paid to the complete shower brand new....for a simple remote control!! I tried to...

Being a relatively recent product to market, we would expect demand for spare parts on our digital shower to be very low currently, as any product related faults would be covered under the product's 5 year guarantee at this time. From what you have described, it would seem that you are looking for a complete digital shower unit, which would require the combined purchase of both the controller and the mixer unit, which makes the shower operational. Complete digital shower units can be found in the 'Our Range' section of the Triton Showers website, as well as through many Triton stockists in trade and retail. We hope this helps to clarify why the part you purchased may not be fully to your requirements in this instance. Thank you for your feedback on your Triton 8000 series shower head. Great to hear that you are pleased with the performance of the shower head. The spray plate is designed to be removed without the need for a 'key'. Very Dissapointing!!

Far more empathy from the customer service advisor, parts need a vast reduction in price plus a more economic courier service should be employed. Hermes will do it for £2.00!!
