I booked through tripster for hopscotch and we were never allowed to enter as my name wasn’t there on their list. Our money went waste. Can you please refund back our money?

Saved us $60- tickets arrived within seconds of ordering
Such a great service. I happened to search for discounted tickets and this popped up. I looked up reviews and they were good so I took a chance. Tickets arrived within seconds and all went perfectly....

Sorry to hear about your feedback. Can you provide any insight in regards to the emails you are referencing? We do send only a select few emails to leave a review to rate your experience and an option to add on any last-minute travel related items, but we are very selective on the promotional emails we send to our customers. There is an option within your account to manage your email preferences and unsubscribed from any promotional offers. We've gone on ahead and made that change to remove you from the list. Great prices; simple to use service
Great prices. Was able to purchase and use the tickets the same day (v. Competitors who's earliest options were next day). Website was simple and straightforward. No problems using the e-tickets.
