Card was charged twice yet was sent a messsage that the card declined. No immediate refund. Overall disappointed

If you attempted to make a purchase and received a decline message, no charges have been collected from the attempt. The amount was most likely a pre-authorization, which typically drops off. Flip Your Ticket
Good price and speedy service.
However, the ferris wheel at The Island Pigeon Forge makes us flip our ticket purchase from Tripster to a paper copy. No additional fee, but it's rather inconvenient.
