I cancelled a ticket order. They charged me immediately but it is going to take 5 to 10 days for the refund. For someone to push a button on the computer!

Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours and then it is up to your bank or credit card institution to process the refund back to your card at that point. We give the range 5-10 business days to ensure plenty of time for each card company.
