My family suffered a bad emergency and I was not able to get a refund for 4 tickets that was order for my trip. Will never use tripster again and will never advise anyone to use it either.

We are very sorry to hear of your family emergency. It looks like we were notified the day after your show that you were unable to attend. Unfortunately, the show prepares the meal in advance prior to your arrival and will not offer refunds after date has passed. We apologize that this may have caused any inconvenience.

They give different ticket times than ordered
Booked tickets for 12pm. Tickets confirmed, but time was 2pm. Didnt ask if new time was OK, just took my money. When I calledthey said they had hard time getting that time so gave me next available...

Tipster should have asked if new time was acceptable, not just booked it and DID NOT EVEN NOTIFY ME OF TIME CHANGE. I found out when trying to enter. At least notify me of time change. You could do better

I actually had an issue with tickets being for the wrong city but customer service was on top of things and got the issue resolved quickly.
