Quick and easy
Very quick and smooth to use. I got the tickets on my phone and just showed my phone at the place we bought the tickets for and they let me right in.

Great for the Edge tickets
We managed to get great tickets last minute to the Edge Observatory NYC, which was cheaper than the official Edge site. Very recommendable!

E-tickets not received
I never received the e-tickets I ordered for Busch Garden and it will take 7 to 20 days to get refunded on my credit card

So sorry to hear about your experience. We do apologize for the issue. The ticketing system was down and a refund issued for your purchase. Refunds typically only take 3-10 business days to appear. It could possibly already be reflected in your account.
