Typically, when an error occurs during the checkout process, the information being provided for your card is incorrect or there is a flag with card being used. We are happy to see you were able to secure tickets! We are available 7 days a week with several agents taking calls from 8am - 5pm central standard time. Did you call between those hours? What number did you call?
