I think it is too difficult to make changes to your reservation. i don;t like that…
I think it is too difficult to make changes to your reservation. i don;t like that i to wait until the office opens. Should be able to change online

When you placed an order online, you would have set up an account. The account would have your email address and a password you entered for check-out. By logging in online, you can make changes or cancellations to your purchase within the cancelation policy. We do also offer a customer service department during business hours to assist with inquires.
