Rep very patient with my requirements and were able to offer better price than street travel agents

nothing was too much trouble, sorted out travel plans to suit our needs, made several changes to hotels and dates but all sorted to our advantage.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, but very lengthy and sadly changed me accommodation a couple of weeks later to a not so great are, slightly disappointed

Staff were courteous and helpful. Everything went smoothly.

Good when phoned but I didn't receive a reply to an email I sent so phoned instead.

We have used travel planners for several years now, booking various flights, holidays and hotels etc. The service we have received each time has been brilliant, nothing is to much trouble for them...

The booking went very smoothly with the agent being very helpful and efficient. That was until after the payment was made. He was impossible to get hold of to just ask about a few last minute details.

Very good, Holiday was all planned for me. Which made a nice change. Would recommend to my friends and family.
