I purchaseed one item, you charged me two times with same amount!!! I claimed the case through paypal. Hope resolve problem soon.

My overall experience was hassle free.

Was easy and straight forward.

There was a little vanity, but otherwise, comfortable and clean. We would go back. The staff in the drinking/eating area were helpful and wiping up after others.

Just was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the beach code with the package deal that I purchased.

It did not go well. I tried calling the office several time when no airport shuttle showed up and no one picked up the call. I ended up taking a cab to where I needed to go.
