Made a reservation online for a King size bed, 3 star hotel and did we get letdown. Yes we did. We got 2 queen beds and the hotel didn't have an elevator.

I have been using Travelocity for over 10 years. How about a price break for loyal customers? Additionally, why do they need to know the age of children when there is no price difference afforded...

only thing is I wish it would have let me book several hotels in Ireland during my vacation there as I am not going to stay in one place the entire time I am there. I was able to book one day, but...
