Very easy to use even with multiple reservations at two different locations.

I have used Travelocity for 20 years. They have always been easy to navigate their site. updated me when airline reservations changed from delays and cancelations to new bookings.

It's easy to compare hotels, booking process is simple, confirmation of reservation is immediate.

Easy to make a trip with air or land, plus reserve a car. However, does not include Amtrak.

Friendly knowledgeable staff.

I am always able to find lodging at a price good for my family. This is a client friendly site.

I have been with Travelocity since they started and have always used them. Never a problem and if anything comes up their customer service goes to bat for you to resolve it.
