Ease of use

Unacceptable. I booked the trip on 11/8. I call to confirm the booking however when I arrived at the rental car location, I was told the reservation was cancelled. We are stranded here in Miami.

They make it easy when I’m trying to get the details put together for our travels.

I get there and the parent company says there’s an issue with something ten years ago so I had to go next door. The person at the counter said they would refund my money but I don’t see it.
