Called a number of times, assured a call back but never happened. Very difficult to speak to the same person, even when dialling extension provide via email.

They help me purchase the cruise over the phone as i am not confident with the internet and yes i recommend them to many more people

Nicole, the person who helped with booking, excellent. Very Sadly had to cancel booking, still waiting to have this confirmed, have rung twice but not getting anywhere. also if booked with anyone...

Good service only thing is that consultant asked if I wanted travel insurance I said no as I have private travel insurance and still you guys call me to ask me 3 times very annoying

A suitable cruise for a first timer.

She should have asked me for my name on my passport, all our documents are wrong and it has taken numerous emails back and forth to get them fixed, my husband's name was right, mine is all wrong
