Hi Peter. We appreciate all feedback, but I wouldn't say yours is entirely fair. Your premium didn't double. It increased by 55%, and the reason for that is because we had to move you to a different insurer who would cover the work types you disclosed to us this year. Your previous insurer would no longer cover these works, so we had no choice if we wanted to ensure you were properly covered, which is our number one priority. Regarding response times, I'm not sure what was promised to you, but we do try our best. I'm sorry if you didn't feel it was up to scratch this year.
