Hi Stephen. I appreciate your feedback and regret that you felt that way. I hope the phone call from my staff member earlier today has cleared up the confusion regarding the cover (you certainly are covered for breakage of a third party's glass) and with regards to the lost application, there was a delay due to the public holiday in Brisbane on the day you applied for your policy. The application was definitely not lost. Again I apologise that your initial experience with us was not as you'd hoped, but I can assure you we do everything we can to ensure our clients are well looked after, as can be seen by every other feedback that has been left for us.
