We appreciate the feedback. The reason we don't send out multiple proposals is that we do all the work in finding which option is best for you, and we make the decision based on our expertise, knowledge and experience. If you would like to see multiple proposals next renewal please let us know and we will happily assist, but for now you can rest assured that we presented the one which we believed was the best option for you. We greatly appreciate the recommendation.

We appreciate the feedback and regret that you feel that way, but we also believe it is quite inaccurate. We offered you a quote for tool insurance, but you declined the quote. To say that it is our fault that you couldn't make a claim when you tools were stolen is quite unfair. Our staff do an exceptional job at explaining the insurance coverage to our clients, and the policies that we email state that you should contact us immediately if there is anything you do not understand. Again we regret that you feel this way, but we do believe your review is unfair on our staff, and does not accurately reflect the situation.
