Thanks for the feedback.  When it comes to most forms of trade insurance there is no difference in cost regardless of whether you're doing the work part-time or full-time.  This is something that's out of our control sorry.

Thanks for the feedback!  Price isn't everything when providing a premium level of service, but we still always aim to be competitive.

Thanks for the feedback.  Some claims are very quick (days) and some can be very time consuming (years), depending on how complex the claim is.  Rather than us making the claim slower, you'll often find that dealing with the insurer directly will be slower since you'll just be calling a call centre every time you enquire about your claim.  We on the other hand have direct access to the claims managers and have the knowledge and experience to get claims paid a lot more successfully than a client ever could on their own.  Rather than "middle man" we're actually going in to bat for you, as legally we are acting as your agent, not the insurer's agent.  Thanks again for being a client, and if you need to claim again in future hopefully it's a less time consuming one for both of us.
