Hi Peter. Thanks for taking the time to speak with Anastasia about this feedback on Friday. As she discussed with you, there were no fees added after you received a quote. I understand that the matter has now been resolved, but for the benefit of others reading your feedback, what actually happened is that you were comparing our online quote with the renewal that was sent to you. As Anastasia explained, the online policy is with a different insurer to the one who your renewal was with, with a different policy wording and a different excess amount. We're sorry that there was some confusion there, but it's incorrect to say that we added fees after providing a quote. That is not something we'd ever engage in, and we're disappointed that this is now on our public feedback page. If you'd have contacted us at the time, we could have explained the differences and given you the choice of which policy you wanted to go with at renewal. That's the benefit of having your own dedicated Account Manager who can assist with any queries you have.
