We appreciate all feedback, but yours is a little misleading. I have left a phone message for you and also sent you an email to seek further clarification. It is incorrect to state that there was "no one to talk to". Your account manager's phone number was on every one of her emails, and is also displayed at the top of every page of our website. Regarding price, we are a broker and not an insurance company, so whilst we cannot reduce your premium, we did agree to reduce our fee to bring your overall cost down. You will find that your premium is still extremely competitive compared to other brokers offering a similar level of award-winning service.
