Thanks for the feedback, and I'm sorry that you had to email us to follow-up your renewal. Unfortunately your renewal falls in one of our busiest periods, so whilst your renewal is never missed, it is sent a little later than we'd normally like. I'm pleased to say we have taken steps to fix this, with an extra team member joining us just last month and two more returning from maternity leave later this year. I'm very confident that you won't have the same experience next year. :-)

I had a look at your email history and can see that your request came through after 5pm on a Friday and we responded Tuesday morning. With regards to the text message, I'd say this is because it can take a couple of days before payments show up on our system. I'm glad you still find our overall service great and we greatly appreciate having you as a client.
