We appreciate the feedback. The reason that the premium didn't reduce with the lower level of earnings is because you were already under the minimum threshold. The flipside is that if your earnings increase next year, and you're still under the threshold, your premium shouldn't increase.

Thanks for the feedback Pepei. We only ask that you review the service that we have provided to you, rather than speculating on what we might be like in future. A score of three is pretty tough... It's like giving a great plumber a rating of 3 because he only changed a tap washer, and you don't know how good he'd be at replacing a hot water system. Know what I mean? If you ever do need to claim, hopefully we can upgrade that 3 star rating to a 5. :-)
