Hi Johann. I have tried calling and emailing you without any reply. Your feedback is based on a misunderstanding of the process. A renewal date for an insurance policy doesn't change based on when you complete your renewal declaration or make payment. The renewal date always stays the same. If you didn't want cover during that three-week period we could have simply let the old policy expire and setup a new policy from the date of your choosing. Instead you chose to renew your old policy, and therefore the renewal date for that policy remained in place. A quick phone call or email to us could have cleared this up at the time. We're always here to help you, but we can't help if you don't ask us.

Thanks for your feedback, and your time on the phone to discuss the issue. We sent you a quote via email as you requested, then a few follow-up emails to see if we could help. After you went ahead with the policy we had to send certain emails relating to your new policy. To give us the minimum rating based on the number of emails is quite unfair and is not a reflection of the award-winning service we provide to thousands of trade business owners around Australia each year.
