If your price hadn't been so competitive I wouldn't have recommended staying with you.

You are right - it's not clever at all, and I can only apologise profusely that it was so difficult to get information that should be at our finger tips. I have set up a team this evening to look at how we improve the process for producing claims histories and I will ensure that changes are made.
