Thank you for your feedback. For the majority of our deliveries throughout the UK mainland we partner with a trusted, national pallet delivery network. Deliveries are usually made to the kerbside using a tail lift and manual pallet truck. Looking at the photos you emailed to us it was not possible for the driver to leave the topsoil on your driveway due to a skip and various building materials on the driveway therefore, the driver left the topsoil as near to your property as possible in a safe location.
