Pleasantly surprised by the quality of soil, good quality and full of organic material. Out of 3000L of soil I found one stone and I wouldn't be surprised if that ended up there in transit.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the topsoil. It is perfectly normal to find the topsoil does not come right to the top of the bag. We intentionally use bags that stretch and sag. Topsoil by its nature will settle in transit i.e. vibration during distribution will cause the soil level to fall as the particles settle together. Bags are also ‘double-stacked’ so the ‘bottom bags’ can become compressed – the height of these ‘bottom bags’ will be significantly reduced and can cause a bag to look underfilled. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any concerns.
Excellent service all the way through the process of ordering to delivery. Very happy with the quality of the soil provided. Would definitely use again.

This product should be delivered on a low loader with with a grab arm not by a pallet truck.

Thank you for your feedback. The majority of our deliveries to domestic customers are made on 18 tonne vehicles with a tail lift and pallet truck, and whilst most deliveries are made without a hitch, we do understand that this delivery method is not suitable for everyone. As such we are continually reviewing the delivery information on our website. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require further assistance.
