Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had an issue with your compost; this is very unusual. I can see that you were in contact with our customer service team who requested images of the product to get to the bottom of this in April but we are yet to receive a response. If you are able to send any images of the compost to our customer service team, this will help us investigate this issue further for you.
