I am very pleased with the purchase; the soil is excellent, and the driver was very polite and helpful. I will certainly use this company's services again.
Good response from the customer service team.
The truck driver got lost trying to find the location despite very clear directions.

Thank you for your feedback, one of the features of the Twinstak is that the bags are delivered together on the same pallet, this way we are able to pass on a saving to our customers. With regards to your interactions with our customer care team we will look into this and provide further training.
