At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that there were elements of your experience that didn’t quite match what you were hoping for. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to miss out on something you were really looking forward to. For activities that are extremely popular, such as Hobbiton, we do make it very clear on our website and in your trip notes provided that these must be pre-booked through the Your Options section of the Topdeck Travel app at least two weeks before travel. We’ve since looked into this and can see that you reached out to us during your trip for help with booking, and our team attempted to assist through the live chat, but the chat was closed before we were able to resolve it for you.
